The 2025 IOF & ADA Forsyth International Orthodontic Symposium, in partnership with UCM will be held in Madrid, Spain June 27th & 28th. Under the theme "Emerging Technology for Interdisciplinary Care," the symposium will spotlight the latest advancements in orthodontic treatment for complex cases. A particular focus will be placed on the transformative impact of digital technology and artificial intelligence in orthodontic care.

Distinguished speakers from across the globe will present groundbreaking research and case studies, demonstrating how modern technology is not only introducing innovative techniques but also refining established practices in the field. The symposium aims to provide a comprehensive overview of how digital tools and AI are revolutionizing interdisciplinary approaches to orthodontic treatment.

2025 IOF & ADA Forsyth International Orthodontic Symposium, in partnership with UCM will be held from June 27 to June 28 in Madrid, Spain.

This time symposium’s theme, "Emerging Technology for Interdisciplinary Care" will focus on interdisciplinary treatment for complex orthodontic cases, and the impact of digital technology and artificial intelligence in rendering orthodontic care for these patients. Our esteemed speakers will delve into the role of digital technology and AI in enhancing orthodontic care, showcasing how modern technology has both introduced new techniques and refined established practices.

International Orthodontics Foundation (IOF)

The International Orthodontics Foundation (IOF) is a not-for-profit organization devoted to improving orthodontic care around the world. The IOF enables, empowers and inspires clinicians by providing educational programs, promoting technology and innovation, and creating a global collaboration network.

With a rapidly growing global presence, IOF is inclusively open to all orthodontic clinicians. As of December 2023, we have over 13,000 members located in more than 110 countries and regions across all continents, with particular strength in North America, Europe and Asia.

The ADA Forsyth Institute

The ADA Forsyth Institute was founded in 1910 as the Forsyth Dental Infirmary for Children (later, the Forsyth Institute), to provide dental care to the disadvantaged children of Boston. While continuing to serve children in need, yet recognizing the ultimate goal is to prevent dental disease, the Institute in 1915 began to focus on scientific research and is today the world’s leader in oral health research. In October of 2023, the Institute joined with the American Dental Association to form the ADA Forsyth Institute, a 501(c)(3) entity dedicated to improving people’s oral and overall health and powering the profession of dentistry through cutting-edge basic research, creative translational science, innovative clinical technologies, and global public health outreach. Consistent with the Institute’s founding mission, the ADA ForsythKids mobile dental program continues to serve children in need.
